HM Revenue & Customs have enlisted the help of Rich Visions to administer a PR and outreach campaign in West Africa, informing travellers that since January 2003, it has been illegal for visitors to bring into the UK all meat/meat products and milk/milk products from most countries outside the European Union (EU).
